Request Transcripts

Easily Request Your Transcripts Online!

West Shore Community College has partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the web. Electronic, PDF transcripts are free of charge. Printed, paper copies of transcripts do have an associated fee and can be ordered using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been fulfilled.

• To order official transcripts, click the “Request Now” button below.
• The site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees, if applicable. You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session.
• Order updates will be e-mailed and/or texted to you. You can also track your order online.

**NOTE: Electronic, PDF transcripts are considered OFFICIAL transcripts when sent directly from West Shore to the recipient. A paper transcript is typically only necessary in specific circumstances.
