These classes are fee-based and designed to serve individuals with physical or personal goals that do not require college credit. You do not need to be a credit student and there is no application process. There are no transcripts or grades and classes are available to anyone who registers with us.
To register, click here. Then select Group Fitness Classes at the Rec Center from the left hand side. Your enrollment fees are what keep this program going. Thank you!

Credited Courses
During the fall and winter semesters, students may enroll in Aerobic Conditioning & Weight Training (PED 100) and receive one credit. The class consists of a four-month program in the Wellness Center and is designed to improve total fitness. Students will be responsible for scheduling a 2.5 hour group orientation session with a Recreation Center staff member. The orientation includes health and fitness assessments, a demonstration on the exercise equipment and development of an individualized exercise program. Following the orientation, students will meet course requirements through an open schedule. The class may be elected two times for a total of two credits.
