The college’s “home base” is 360 scenic acres of rolling timberland, located near at the intersection of North Stiles and Sugar Grove Roads in Mason County. The main campus has seven state-of the-art buildings.

The Arts & Science Center houses the Center Stage Theater and the Manierre Dawson Art Gallery. The William M. Anderson Library, the Beans & Bread Café, Bookstore and Student Services office are located in the Schoenherr Campus Center.

The Tech Center is home to many computer labs, classrooms and the career and technical education programs.

The campus also has a full-service Recreation Center, a disc golf course and is home to the West Shore Community Ice Arena.

The Riemer Regional Public Safety Training Center is located several miles northeast of the campus at 6050 N. U.S. 31. This facility, used primarily for the law enforcement, criminal justice, corrections, and emergency telecommunicator programs, also provides space for the on-going training to the 730 emergency services personnel in public service departments throughout the College district.

The Manistee Downtown Education Center, located at the intersection of River and Maple streets, provides more access to college classes in Manistee County.

The newly renovated building on the Manistee River features two large classrooms, a learning lab for training and testing, multiple shared small group conference rooms, offices, and covered parking.

A collaborative space, The building also houses offices for the Manistee Area Chamber of CommerceNorthwest Michigan Works!Manistee Veterans Affairs, and the Manistee County Community Foundation.
