New Student Registration

All new students, including transfer and dual enrollment students, are REQUIRED to complete an online orientation designed to highlight important aspects that will ensure a positive academic experience here at WSCC. First time in college students, as well as former Dual Enrolled students, will also be required to attend a New Student Registration (NSR) session. The NSR will cover:

  • UsingĀ your program of study to identify what courses you need.
  • View theĀ Class ScheduleĀ to see what is being offered
  • Learn more about the full range ofĀ academic advising services.
  • Read some tips to help youĀ prepare for advising.
  • Be aware of theĀ Academic CalendarĀ and important dates related to registration

How to Register

Advisors are available to assist you with registering for classes if you have questions about choosing classes. You need to Apply for Admission to obtain your user name and password before you can register.

Check the Class Schedule to find out what classes are being offered in the upcoming semester. Then, you must register online at my.westshore.edu either with an advisor or on your own, where you can manage your student account, explore class options, see your grades, and make payments.
