Internships/Job Placement
Our goal is to provide a link between the community and WSCC students, supporting the overall economic health and growth for our region.
Jobs
Looking for a WSCC student or graduate to fill a position? We provide the community with an educated, diverse workforce in many fields of study. Email careerservices@westshore.edu with any available employment opportunities.
Internships
Help WSCC students while helping your business. Our students need meaningful work experiences to gain practical knowledge in their career fields. You benefit by getting a great intern. WSCC works with students for both paid & unpaid internships, credit and non-credit internships. We work with the regional business community and WSCC faculty to match students to appropriate opportunities.
Whether you are a business owner looking for an intern to employ, or you are a student looking for experience, contact Dr. Wendy Wells, Talent Pipeline Coordinator at 231.843.5562 or wwells@westshore.edu to set up an appointment to discover what opportunities may be within your reach.
Working an internship position can be a valuable addition to your education and may be required for your chosen degree. Experience as an intern offers the training and skills that set you apart from the competition in a competitive workforce.
