West Shore Community College is planning to hold several small commencement ceremonies to celebrate our graduates and give them the opportunity to walk across the stage with pride and be recognized for their achievements.
These ceremonies will take place on April 30 and May 1, in the Center Stage Theater located in the Arts and Sciences Center. Each ceremony is expected to last no more than one hour. Due to the ongoing pandemic and concerns related to large public gatherings, each ceremony will be limited to 25 graduates with up to three guests per graduate. Multiple safety protocols will be implemented to keep the graduates and their families safe.
Students who are pre-approved or approved for graduation can pick up their commencement caps and gowns on March 23rd or 24th, and are asked to reserve a time slot to ensure compliance with social gatherings and social distancing guidelines.
