We are now holding three face-to-face ceremonies this year. Saturday, May 2, 2026 at 11:00a.m., 1:00p.m., and 3:00p.m. The previously scheduled 2:00p.m. ceremony will be cancelled and graduates asked to choose either the 1:00p.m. or 3:00p.m. time slot.
Sign up for additional ceremony times will open at noon on Thursday, March 26.
Submit A Graduate Photo
Please submit a portrait style photo to commencementmedia@westshore.edu for inclusion in the graduate slide show that will play at Commencement and be posted to our website. Deadline to submit a photo is April 1, 2026
Guests
Each graduate will be allowed to bring three (3) guests to the commencement ceremony, as space is limited. A live stream of the ceremonies will also be accessible via YouTube or Facebook.

Cap And Gown
Mark your calendars for March 18th Regalia Day where you can pick up your cap and gown as well as a small graduate gift.
If you are unable to attend you may stop in Student Services Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. AFTER MARCH 18 to pickup.

Eligible Graduates
Students must be approved or preapproved for Fall 2025, Winter 2026, or Summer 2026 graduation prior to placing a reservation for a commencement ceremony. Click the button below to complete an Application for Graduation (login required).
