Discover College Edge, a toolkit designed by West Shore Community College to give high school graduates the support they need to succeed at WSCC and beyond. Through a unique blend of coaching, advising, and community building, students receive VIP support all at no cost.

About College Edge Toolkit
The College Edge Toolkit is tailored for students who are looking for coaching and scaffolded support in their first year of college, offering comprehensive assistance to counteract barriers to student success.
Participants will enjoy common learning experiences with their peers, skill-building opportunities, and acquire knowledge to boost their college readiness.
Key Dates:
- July 17, 2025 10:00AM-3:30PM: Event exclusively for College Edge participants
- August 21: Welcome Back to West Shore
- August 25: First day of the Fall Semester

What Is The College Edge Toolkit?
A free toolkit for recent high school graduates to gain an edge in college readiness through an exclusive orientation event, coaching, advising, and continued support.
Who Can Be Nominated?
Any student who graduated from high school, including homeschoolers, especially those overcoming barriers.
How Does The Nomination Process Work?
Fill in the online form with the student’s details. Nominations are assessed continually until all spots are filled.
