New service - Order official transcripts online
The Student Service Office maintains the permanent official transcript of every student who attends the College. The transcript is an official academic record and contains the signature of the Registrar.
The transcript includes courses attempted and completed, courses and credits transferred from other institutions, credits awarded for certifications/licensures, credits awarded from advanced college testing (CLEP/AP), credit hours, GPA points, WSCC term and career grade point average, degrees/certificates awarded at the College.
Unofficial transcripts can be viewed or printed by logging into your my.westshore.edu student portal. To request an official transcript, see below:
NEW - Order Official Transcripts via the Web
West Shore Community College has partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the Web. Electronic, PDF transcripts are free of charge. Printed, paper copies of transcripts do have an associated fee and can be ordered using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been fulfilled.
**NOTE: Electronic, PDF transcripts are considered OFFICIAL transcripts when sent directly from West Shore to the recipient. A paper transcript is typically only necessary in specific circumstances.

The site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees, if applicable. You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session.
Order updates will be e-mailed and/or texted to you. You can also track your order online.
