The Annual West Shore Planning Manual, 2014-2015 edition, is a compilation of resources about the College’s efforts related to accreditation, strategic planning, and teams.
The first section, accreditation, provides a summary of West Shore’s most recent systems portfolio (full document found under the accreditation link) as well as the response from the Higher Learning Commission appraisal team. It also provides links to the Higher Learning Commission, our accreditor, and the materials they offer to inform and assist us in meeting our accreditation requirements.
The second section, planning, includes a copy of the College’s current strategic plan, and the current set of annual priorities for 2014-2015.
The third section, teams, offers a copy of last year’s team reports, as well as descriptions of all of our current teams, and their membership. At West Shore, teams are the way we make recommendations and decisions, plan change, and communicate progress.
