The College has made the commitment to make instructional spaces “Smart”.  What does that mean?  Smart Classrooms are equipped with a screen, speakers, data projector and teacher station which houses a computer, audio amplifier, VCR DVD combo player, keyboard, mouse, and monitor. This allows the instructor/presenter to project their presentations, websites as well as VHS or DVD media on a large screen for all to see.  In addition, our rooms are capable of receiving and participating in webinars, and Skype style meetings.

Traditional Classroom , Conference Room and Duplication Support

Audio Visual Services supports over 50 classrooms and Conference space across West Shore Community College’s campus.  We also provide duplicating / digitizing service of media whether it’s back up copies of CD’s , DVD’s or transferring your old VHS tapes to DVD, we can provide assistance in this area.  Currently, we only duplicate , back up and digitize WSCC owned and produced material.

If you have problems or questions with equipment in the rooms, please call (231)843-5920 or press the tech help button on the classroom phone.
