Employment at WSCC

Join our dedicated team!

Thank you for your interest in employment with West Shore Community College!  WSCC employees put students first and fully embrace the college's mission to make our community a better place in which to learn, live, work and prosper.

If you believe you would be a good fit at the College, view our openings at https://my.westshore.edu/ICS/Employment/ and apply today!

An instruction guide covering how to search for open positions and fill out the employment application can be found by clicking here.

Once your application has been successfully submitted, the online application system will automatically generate a confirmation e-mail. Once a position is filled it will no longer appear under the available positions.

Revisit the Employment tab on our online portal at my.westshore.edu to check on the status of a position. This is how you will know if you are still being considered for a position, or if new positions have been posted.

Student Employment Positions
You must be enrolled in at least six (6) credit hours to qualify for student employment. Special consideration will be given to those that have work study funds or have previously worked on campus.

If you are hired, all employment paperwork must be completed in the Human Resource Office before you can start working. There may occasionally be positions listed throughout the school year.

Adjunct Faculty Pool Positions
West Shore Community College seeks to expand its pool of qualified Adjunct Faculty.  There are no closing dates, the pool is continuously open for applicants to apply. The Human Resources Office will retain applications for up to two years. To review the Adjunct Faculty handbook, please click here.
